Lay out of the Property for my project





This is the layout of the property of my Atlin BC project. The main lodge it going to be located on lot 8. It is the one where the land extends out a ways into the lake there. The rest of the lots will be where the houses/cabins will be located on.
If anyone has any good ideas for ways to layout the building or design a certain way on the property don't hesitate to help out with opinions.

    Love the project, though I'm curious about what the target clientele would be. Depending on the target, your amenities could really fluctuate. Is there one in mind, and what amenities would be expected or are you planning for.

    The clientele that the owners are looking for are people who are wanting to be in the out doors on their vacation. Many of the amenities for this resort in summer would be fishing, boating, hiking, site seeing. In winter there would be snowmobiling, cross country skiing and other typical winter and summer activities.
